George Klingberg serves as the Executive Chef of South Hills Golf & Country Club. Only a professional as accomplished and experienced as Mr. Klingberg could craft the tasty and hearty cuisine that is prepared at South Hills.

George has served at the three star hotel, John Schumacher’s New Prague Hotel in Minnesota, where he showed off some of his finest German and Czechoslovakian dishes. George then moved to Wisconsin in the late 1990’s where he served as executive chef at Miles Kimball’s Gray Fox.

Chef Klingberg received additional training at the Ecole de’Cuisine and completed various seminars and training continually adding to his arsenal of culinary skills. George Klingberg’s diverse background and extensive training add a unique flavor to both the menu and culture at South Hills.
